Warranty Policy

Anytime Turf Warranty Policy

Anytime Turf ("Anytime Turf," "we," "us," or "our") warrants its artificial grass and turf products (excluding putting greens) against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of fifteen (15) years from the date of purchase. Putting greens are warranted for a period of eight (8) years from the date of purchase. Accessories do not qualify for warranty.

What the Warranty Covers:

• This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship that affect the functionality of the turf.

What the Warranty Does Not Cover:

• This warranty does not cover the following:
  • Improper Installation: Damage caused by improper installation is not covered under warranty.
  • Cleaning Product Damage: Damage caused by cleaning products not recommended by Anytime Turf is not covered under warranty.
  • Improper Maintenance or Usage: Damage caused by improper maintenance or usage is not covered under warranty. This includes, but is not limited to, burns, cuts, tears, scratches, scuffs, damage from rolling loads, and general misuse.
  • Color Variation: Please note that color of the turf may vary slightly due to sunlight exposure. Samples and pictures may not perfectly represent the final product.
  • Unloading Damage: Damage incurred during unloading is not covered under warranty.

Remedy Under Warranty:

• In the sole discretion of Anytime Turf, the sole remedy under this warranty shall be the replacement of the damaged area of the turf, excluding labor costs for removal and installation of the replacement turf.
• Anytime Turf is not responsible for any other costs or damages associated with a warranty claim, including but not limited to freight costs, disposal costs of the damaged turf, or landscaping costs associated with removing and reinstalling the turf.

Filing a Warranty Claim:

• To file a warranty claim, please contact Anytime Turf within a reasonable time after discovering the defect. You will be required to provide proof of purchase and a detailed description of the defect.

Disclaimer:

• This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of Liability:

• Anytime Turf shall not be liable for any incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the turf, even if Anytime Turf has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Governing Law:

• This warranty shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas.
